The National Mobile Services Contractors Association (“NMSCA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website (the “Site”). If the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) apply, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, delete certain personal information, correct inaccuracies, opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (including targeted advertising, where applicable), and not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights. Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights (e.g., access, deletion, correction, opt-out of certain processing). Contact us to exercise rights available in your state.
• Do Not Track. There is no uniform industry standard for “Do Not Track” signals. We do not currently respond to all such signals in a standardized way.
